The restaurant has two large air-conditioned dining rooms with views of the Sierra de Castril and the Rock of Castril. Customers can order from our extensive and varied menu, designed to please the most demanding palates.

For anyone who hasn’t visited us before and would like a recommendation, we would suggest not leaving without trying the Lomo en Orza - a porkloin dish whose unique flavour will delight your taste buds. Combine this with one of our signature salads and you have an exquisite first course.There is a dish for almost anything you find yourself in the mood for. If you feel like starting with a bowl of broth, we recommend the pepitoria; if you are looking for elaborate local dishes, we have Shepherd-style migas, a dish of fried breadcrumbs with meat and vegetables, Rabbit with noodles, Rice with free-range chicken, and stews like Maimones or Gachas Cortijeras.

As for meat lovers, we must point out that we are located in the land of the prestigious Sierra de Segura Lamb, which we have been preparing for more than twenty years. The specialities on our meat menu include roasted lamb shoulder and knuckles, lamb chops, grilled cabrito (goat), and traditional-style goat in garlic sauce. If you wish to try something different, we also have top quality beef, venison and wild boar, not to mention our selection of grilled homemade sausages. And what else would complement these dishes better than some of our finest local wines.You’ll have to save room for one of our wonderful homemade desserts as well; and don’t forget to ask for a glass of sweet mistela wine - always served on the house.

Restaurante La Fuente has a large banquet hall that can hold up to 500 guests. We also offer an extensive selection of set menus for celebrations that suit your needs and budget. But, regardless of whether you are seated in the banquet hall or our normal dining room, guests enjoy attentive service and fantastic cooking!
