Castril

Traditional restaurant in the centre of Castril where you’ll be able to savour a selection of succulent local meats dishes: Sierra de Segura lamb, goat in garlic sauce and the exquisite Lomo de Orza (cooked pork tenderloin in olive oil).
We also prepare a variety of homemade dishes that are made to order:- Chicken in Pepitoria sauce - Migas (a fried breadcrumbs dish served with meats and vegetables)- Gachas (a stew with dumplings)- Maimones stew.

We also make tasty homemade sandwiches served on traditional round bread, and delicious homemade pizzas. Our establishment also has a spacious terrace, and all of our furniture is made of wood, adding to our traditional décor.
