Quince jelly with walnuts

Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg. peeled quince

• 1 kg. d sugar

• 300 gr. shelled walnuts

Preparation:

1. In a large pot we add the quince with the sugar. This is slowly cooked until the quince breaks down and we have a uniform mixture.

2. Pass through a sieve and add the walnuts.

3. Pour into a container and allow to cool.
