Ingredients: • 1 kg. potatoes Preparation: 1. Using a large tin that can be placed in the oven as your cooking vessel, add round slices of potatoes (about a half inch thick), then thick onion slices, whole garlic cloves, peppers cut into strips and tomato slices.
• Goat meat (you can also use chicken, pork or fish)
• Onions
• Green and red peppers (2-3)
• 1/2 kg. tomatoes
• Peppercorns
• Head of garlic
• Salt
• Garlic cloves
• Olive oil
• 1-2 cups white wine or sherry
2. Add meat cut into rather large pieces.
3. Add olive oil, salt, peppercorns, and white wine.
