Ingredients: • 1 kg. flour Preparation: 1. Flour is added to a large bowl forming a well. In the middle we pour in the heated oil, wine, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

2. When the mixture is no longer sticky, we then pour it out onto a work surface covered in flour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Then begin cutting pieces. They shouldn’t be uniform.
3. Fry the pieces in oil. When they come out, cover them in granulated sugar.
