Bustamante Country House

Bustamante country house  is located beside the Baza River, out in the middle of a meadow, and the landscapes around it make an unforgettable impression on visitors.
If you prefer adventure, then perhaps you would like to take advantage of the many options available in the area.
There are several operators nearby that offer picturesque donkey rides, canyoning in the Castril River or hang-gliding and paragliding from the top of Jabalcón Hill.
You will marvel at this land of fantastic contrast. In a relatively small area there are two lush natural parks and the largest desert in Europe. In just a short period of time visitors can travel from a Mediterranean forest to the heart of an arid steppe environment.
Bustamante country house is a 450 square metres cottage with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an enormous kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, gas cooker and dishwasher, a fireplace, a comfortingly spacious living room for entertaining, an indoor patio with wood-burning stove and fireplace, a dining room for 14 people, a playroom with fireplace and TV, 5 parking spaces, a garden with swimming pool and a fruit and vegetable garden.
We offer our guests all the comforts they need in the best rural setting possible.
From Bustamante country house you can go on long, peaceful walks through the areas near the Baza River, enjoying the wonderful contrasts in landscape and the hospitality of the local people.
Or, pay a visit and go for a walk through the town of Baza as well (only 4 kms away).
This town had once been an Iberian city named Basti inhabited by the Bastetanos but later became known as Baza during Muslim reign. That is why it preserves such a rich historical heritage. Enjoy a pleasant stroll through its streets and squares, where it seems as if time had stopped long ago.
