Jamones El Valeta takes advantage of these conditions in order to produce ham of hallmark quality, characterized by a slow natural curing process, its low salt content and above all its delicate flavor and aroma. From the very beginning, our main aim has been to offer our customers a high quality product and that is why we have implemented a system of quality control, certified with the standard ISO22000, the highest European standard in terms of food safety, as well as having achieved the certification of quality ‘GUARANTEED TRADITIONAL SPECIALITY’ and ‘CERTIFIED QUALITY’ from the Regional Government of Andalusia.
