Las Conchas Gardens Restaurant kitchen staff is a team of professionals directed by Julio Francisco Martínez and Ana Martínez. The restaurant menu features a wide selection of local gastronomy. Our dishes fuse traditional cooking with contemporary technique. Some of our specialities include chargrilled Sierra de Segura Lamb Chops, Red Almadraba Tuna and Vegetables en Papillote, Cod Loin in Apple Ali-Oli Broiled over Filo Pastry and Tomato Confit, and Tuna-Stuffed Piquillo Peppers. And, you won’t want to pass up trying one of our fantastic desserts!
