Restaurante El Romeral carefully selects all of its products in order to prepare our extensive menu of specialities. Some of our most outstanding dishes include ostrich, suckling lamb from Burgos, and white veal from Ávila. But, if there is one thing that must be mentioned among our specialities it would be all of the dishes made with Sierra de Segura Lamb - a breed catalogued with the PGI of the European Union.

This animal is raised in the Granada High Plains, precisely where we are located. Since we are so close to where this product comes from, we have the advantage of obtaining the very best meat directly from producers; this guarantees the quality of our dishes. Here you can find our specialities.
