El Maño II Restaurant in Huéscar offers a carefully-crafted selection of dishes, representative of cuisine from the Granada High Plains. Years of experience and close contact with suppliers and producers allows us to offer the very best ingredients, which are so vital to our recipes.

Our best example of the select gastronomy from this area is the Sierra de Segura lamb, recognised with the PGI quality seal by the European Union, which we obtain directly from the best local producers. Another star item on the menu is our trout, which is raised locally in the fish farm located at the foot of the Sierra Seca, which obtains its water from the Las Fuentes Spring, originating from the Guardal River.  

All of our dishes are carefully elaborated and our entire menu is complemented with a selection of wines and homemade desserts.

El Maño Wedding Reception Hall is a carefully-decorated large room in which attention to detail is priority, in terms of decoration, table distribution, and comfort. A wedding day should be one of the best days of your life; it’s our goal to make sure that it is.
