The recreation area in Freila offers an exceptional view of the north side of the Negratín Reservoir, a landscape that over the course of history was transformed into an expanse of badlands. Its soft terrain, progressively rising landscape, semi-arid climate marked by periods of torrential rainfall all make up the characteristics that make this place so special – reminiscent of scenery from Africa.
