Villa Pilar is a traditional house with two floors of 120 square metres each and 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed). It has a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with a large living room and a fireplace. It also has a large terrace with views of the village and the reservoir of El Negratín.
