El Mirador de Galera

Mirador de Galera is a complex comprised of eight renovated cave homes that have been equipped with all necessary comforts, but not without losing their traditional charm.

Each cave has its own special décor, and all of them are prepared to ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Rural cave homes are bio-climatic dwellings that maintain a constant year-round temperature of about 18 degrees Celsius. This keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter.The complex is located in the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor sports. It is between Galera and Orce, very near Huéscar, which makes it convenient for guests to visit 2 of the 7 WONDERS OF THE GRANADA PROVINCE: the Collegiate Church of Santa María, in Huéscar, and the Castellón Alto Archaeological Site, in Galera. Also near are the spectacular Natural Parks of Sierra de Castril and Sierra de Baza. Finally, to round off your visit to the region, you cannot afford to miss the nearby Sierra de María and Sierra de la Sagra.
