Our cuisine is based on the traditional dishes of the Granada High Plains and the area around Huéscar. Standing out among these dishes is the Sierra de Segura lamb, an internationally renown product which we prepare using traditional recipes so that guests may savour its true exquisite flavour.

The policy of all of our restaurants in the region, not to mention the fame of our cooking, are based on one simple rule - we use only top quality products, such as Sierra de Segura lamb, which we obtain directly from producers.

Our restaurant has a café-bar as well, where customers can enjoy a wonderful breakfast, conversation over a cup of coffee, or the delectable traditional tapas of the Granada High Plains.
