Castril de la Peña

There are few places that possess scenery as spectacular as this corner of Granada. Its urban centre of white houses with the Peña rock perched over the town comprises a natural setting with magnificent views and landscapes.
The structure and design of the village along with a strong preservation movement made it possible for Castril to be declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1982.
